Ten days

Well it's ten days until Haiti. Most of us are nervous as well as excited, ready to go and live a calling that's been months in the making. Personally I've been procrastinating a little (compared to some, who are already packed[Jen]), and only tomorrow will I visit the nearest Wal-Mart to pick up the rest of my supplies for the trip.

However, we thought it would be nice if the rest of you got to see a little bit of what's been going on. Below are eight pictures of our two (very successful) fundraisers, the pancake breakfast and a bottle drive. Only one of them is from the bottle drive. We smelled like a ten-person brewery after that, but the fellowship afterwards during lunch was worth it.

Fun in the kitchen

Making the food, volunteers!

Waiting for the coffee

And in the mornin', I'm makin' PANCAKES

Team + helpers. Carson did most of the work.
